Command-line is a building method in your computer. Just you need to learn how to use this command line and how to write code by this command line.
5. Learn HTML
HTML is the first markup language for learning code and HTML means Hyper Text Markup Language. HTML is essential for learning code. When you will do a project then you will use this language for doing your project markup. Without HTML you can’t do project markup. So you need to learn how to write HTML and use HTML tags, attributes, and HTML markup.
6. Learn CSS
CSS is Cascading Style Sheet. CSS is used for designing a project. By HTML you can do markup your project and by CSS you can design how you want to show it in public view. Color, Background image, Background color, Height, Width, etc. you can give by CSS. So CSS is more important to learn. CSS is a language that is used for designing.
7. CSS Framework
If you want to design your project easily then you should learn the CSS framework. Some CSS frameworks have but Bootstrap is another of them. Bootstrap framework is more popular and we use bootstrap in most of our projects.

8. Learn JavaScript
JavaScript is a programming language. After HTML CSS you are starting to learn a programming language. JavaScript is a beginner-friendly programming language. When you will learn you will feel interested because you are learning your first programming language. When your write JavaScript code then something is happening in your computer. That is very interesting and inspiring for you for learning more languages.

9. JavaScript Library (jQuery)

Without a mentor, anybody can’t go to their destination. A mentor is essential for reach to your goal. When you will learn code that time you need more help and you will face any problem. You need to find a mentor for helping to you for reaching to your destination.
If you have a mentor you can learn code properly. Besides a mentor, you should connect in more community that is related to your goal.
